This drive-by was taken last month. I only have a very few barns left in my archives, so I need to do a little day-tripping and look for barns. That will be fun!
I have a question. I went to PhotoScape to sharpen this photo a bit and put on a frame, but when I saved the photo and went to get it for this post, I couldn't find it anywhere. Anyone ever have this problem? It was supposed to be saved in the original folder. This is not the first time this has happened.

Thanks for stopping by!
Until next time...
I like the shape of this old barn- very cool.
ReplyDeletethis is a pretty one and i don't know about photoscape, i've never used it. when i edit a photo, i save it to desktop so i can find it easily, then delete it.
ReplyDeletei love how you did the shot - peeking through the limbs. neat!! ( :
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture Cheryl of barn charm, Francine.
ReplyDeleteClueless about photoshop, but I love that barn and the big ole silo behind it!! blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteThis is a stupid question, I suppose, but had you named the photo? And also when you originally uploaded it to your computer, what was the number from the camera? It's very annoying to lose a photo, I know!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great shape for a barn!
ReplyDeleteI sometimes have that issue when saving photos from my camera. Irritating.
most likely the photo is in another folder, sometimes when I save, and it is not there, i go back and save again and pay attention to what the folder is and it will show me which wrong folder it saved in, i don't use photoscape but this can happen and will happen in all of the software. open another photo and click save, and look at the path to see where it will go and that is where yours will be.
ReplyDeleteI love your old barn photos. I see Cranberry Morning has the answer I was thinking of. Did you over write the original if you didn't rename it? You can always save it again and make sure you see where it is saving it, too. Hugs!
ReplyDeletecan't help you on the software.
ReplyDeletenice barn shape, though!
Don't know. Don't do any of those Photo Scape or Photo Shop things.
ReplyDeleteBut I'm sure someone will help you.
I like the barn - but I don't have photoshop - sorry! sandie
ReplyDeleteCheryl I have noticed that when I use Pixlr I find my photo in documents. I don't use Photoscape so....
ReplyDeleteThat is a big old wood barn full of charm!!
This one's unusual looking, it looks like a miniature water tower on the roof.
ReplyDeleteAlways love your barn pics! Sorry, I'm terrible with technology.
ReplyDeleteI have no ideas on your troubles, I do not edit my photographs!! It didn't need editing, it's beautiful, just the way it is!!
ReplyDeletegreat looking barn, love the way the branches are framing the doorway. Sorry can't help with Photoscape, I do not use that program.
ReplyDeleteIf I were building a barn, I would like that style. Can't help you with lost photos.
ReplyDeleteAnother great picture; I really do like these older barn pictures. I keep thinking I will go on a hunt for some good barns to take pictures of.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could help you on the photo. I am photo challenged.
Blessings!
Lovely barn. I do what Sandra does if I lose one...go back and redo it and see which folder it goes to.
