This is a photo I've shown before, but I just happened to
pass by this little farm yesterday and thought I should use it
again for Good Fences. There's just something about this little
Hen Hotel, as the sign says, and the little fence and gate that is
appealing to me. The old red barn that used to stand just
to the left has been torn down and replaced with a new metal barn.
At least it's red. :)

Until next time...

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little spot you just happened to pass by.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful sight! Blessings, Catheirne
ReplyDeleteAnd I like the little horse sign on the fence, too! So this is the old barn, right?
ReplyDeleteThe old barn was a separate building to the left of the Hen Hotel.
DeleteI love this scene!!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet little place. I'm sure my girls would love something like this! Bless their hearts. We are getting over the loss of one of the roosters right now (details on my blog), and this would cheer them all! There's something so special about barns, gates, and fences.
ReplyDeleteI love that it is called The Hen Hotel...and love the photo as you have snapped it.
ReplyDeleteCheryl ~ I LOVE IT !!
ReplyDeleteGlad you shared it again as I didn't see it the first time.
Thanks for sharing. It is very peaceful:)
ReplyDeleteI love this! I'm glad you posted it again since I missed it the first time! I love a red barn and you don't see too many of them around anymore...at least around here!
ReplyDeleteRed is my favorite colour for barns!
ReplyDeleteUnless it's a weathered gray...
I love red barns- I remember something about the hen hotel, but I don't remember this barn for some reason. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute name for the Hen house and I like the little pony decoration next to the fence too.
ReplyDeleteIt was worth a second seeing. I had not seen it before. It looks like it would only accommodate chickens,. Rather small but unique.
ReplyDeleteI like the wagon wheel and the potted flowers by the gate. Sure looks nice. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty fancy chicken house. Definitely upper crust.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful scene!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice and who will remember that you've shown that scene before? Not I! Besides, there's always something a little different to see and enjoy. I can't imagine not having the familiar to appreciate.
ReplyDeletesuch a sweet place!! I'd love to have something like this!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you shared it again. It's perfect for good fences! Hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteWhat a great picture! It is so homespun!
ReplyDeleteI love this picture. Of course, I just love anything like barns and fences. My Pinterest is full of barn pictures. I am really a farm girl at heart.
ReplyDeleteBlessings for the fun memories today.
Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLooks like they take such good care of their property.
The red color is just perfect.

ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl!
ReplyDeleteThat fence reminds me of the fence that Dorothy fell over into the pig sty on the Wizard of Oz! It's looks really sturdy and I love the red!
Hugs,
Barb
